Upcoming class
Today (Tuesday, 7th Sept) we did front round kicks and revised front (groin) kicks.
We did some stress work, which everyone did very well (give yourselves a clap for that).
This Friday, Sept 10th, we'll work on front (vertical) kicks -- and maybe an extra stress drill or two.
