Last Tuesday we did defenses against chokes with a push. This Friday Sept 24 we'll cover some pre-holiday techniques.
Classes will be on during next week during Spring break.
Recent weeks have seen some disturbing incidents in the Fremantle area. In one incident two men impersonating police officers tried to get a person into their car. In another incident a man tried to assault a woman on a train. While we should never be alarmed by such incidents, they serve as a potent reminder of the need to good solid self-defence techniques.
