This week's classes
Welcome back to the last four weeks of semester!
This Tuesday, Oct 5 (12:30pm class) will focus on kicks and knees.
This Friday, Oct 8th (5:30pm), we'll work on some striking techniques.
At both classes we'll also do some stress drills to help get us "fight fit."
