This week's classes

This weeks classes are:

7 September ND3/102 ( the Performing Arts room in Prendiville Hall, on the Corner of Mouat Street and Croke Street

9 September  ND6/100 (the Student Recreation Hall on Mouat St, 

We will be focusing on elbow strikes and more bear hugs.

Friday's was a great class, so this week should be even more fun!
