Classes This week
Dear Friends,
Classes this week are Wednesday and Friday 6-7pm in the (ND 46) Health Sciences Building, 33 Phillimore St Fremantle.
After gun training last week, we'll be focusing this week on choke defenses, so don't forget to remove all jewelry etc.

It's important to arrive on time for class as some buildings are locked automatically. If you find yourself locked out, please call me on 0435 326 511.
Please don't forget your mouthguards (and groin guards for men).
