Classes and holidays

Dear Friends,

Last Friday we had a lot of fun with lipstick and white t-shirts. Read on for some important information and to learn what a "white t-shirt" class is.

Upcoming classes are as follows:
Wednesday 12 April - 6-7pm in the (ND 46) Health Sciences Building, 33 Phillimore St Fremantle.
Good Friday 14 April Closed for the Holiday
Wednesday 19 and Friday 21 April Closed for the Vacation break.
Wednesday 26 April Classes as normal.
Friday 28 April, no classes as I will be in Melbourne.
Classes are as normal from May 3rd.

Please don't forget your mouthguards (and groin guards for men).

*A white t-shirt class is when we practice knife defences by wearing white t-shirts and putting lipstick on the training knives. It's a great way of showing how well the defences are going.
