Classes this week

Dear Friends,

Last week we had a great session with the protective vests. This week we'll be focussing on some more combative skills.

Class locations this week are as normal.

Wednesday 11 October 6-7pm we are in ND46, the Health Sciences Building on Phillimore St.

Friday 13 October 6-7pm we are in ND6, the Student Recreation Hall on Mouat St.
