Classes this week

Dear Friends,

Last week was a great start to the new year for Krav Maga. We covered some basics; punches groin kicks and hammer strikes. On Thursday we had our first "circle of death" for the year. Congratulations to everyone. You all did very well.

This week we're going to cover some more techniques, including one that is relatively new to the Krav Maga curriculum, but which is great for dealing with an unfair fight. 

This Tuesday and Thursday, classes will be 6-7pm in the 1st Floor Gym of the Notre Dame Health Sciences Building on Phillimore Street (for more details, see https://kmawa.blogspot.com.au/p/krav-maga-notre-dame.html )

Also, a mouthguard was found after Thursday's class. If it's yours, please let me know.
