Classes this week

Dear Friends,

Two important reminders.

First, classes this week are Tuesday 29 May and Friday 1st June (at 6pm). (Thursday's class has been shifted to Friday).

Second, this Friday's class will be a "white t-shirt night." Please wear a white t-shirt for a very special class. We'll be doing knife defenses and the white t-shirt is to show how you're doing.

Both classes are going to be great fun!
