Classes 28 and 30 August

Dear Friends,

There is some excitement brewing as we get ready to move to our new training area .

Classes this week should be at the usual place, but please keep your eyes out on the web site for a late change.

This week we'll be meeting Tuesday and Thursday (28 and 30 August) and we'll be doing some combatives.
