White T shirt night

This week we will have a regular class on Tuesday 18th, but Thursday 20th will be one of our special "White T-Shirt Nights." For those who haven't experienced "White T-Shirt" before, we ask you to wear a white T-shirt, and we spend the class practicing knife defences while the knives are coated in blood (well, blood-coloured lipstick). It's a lot of fun and the bloodstains give everyone a great idea of how they're going and how they can improve.

I'm looking forward to sharing both classes with you. And just a reminder that next week   24-28 September is vacation time, so we'll be back on October  2.
