Krav Maga this week
Last week we covered outside defences and defences against knife attacks. I was delighted and proud of how well everyone did.
One of the most rewarding things to do as a Krav Maga instructor is to see students reach a point at which you know they'll do well against an attack.
This week we'll be doing some revision in preparation for the tests on Saturday, December 1.
We'll be meeting at the usual time 6pm, Tuesday 20th and Thursday 22nd, in ND6, the Student Recreation Centre on Mouat St (about 50 metres South of High Street).
