Classes this week

Dear Friends,

It's Easter/Passover time so please note the training days for this week and next week.

This week's class is on Tuesday 6-7pm. We'll be doing more choke defences.

There is no class on Thursday 18th.

There will be no regular classes for next week (23 April and ANZAC Day) however, I am checking availability for a special class. Please keep your eyes open for a note on next week.

Everything will be back to normal on Tuesday 30 April.
