Classes this week

Just a reminder of an important class location change.
From now until June 27 we will be meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays in (ND6), the Student Recreation Centre on Mouat St (about 50 metres South of High Street)

Last week we tried out a new knife defence, which worked very well. It was suggested by a master Krav Maga instructor from Israel, and I'm excited to be able to share it with you.

We're in for more fun and learning this week!
