Classes 26 and 28 October

 Dear Friends,

Last week we revised groin kicks and then focussed on groin kick defences. 
Everyone did very well, especially during the pressure drills.
This week, we will start out on some more striking techniques.
We're in the usual place (1st Floor of the UNDA Health Sciences building) Monday 26 and Wednesday 28 October.
